On the 5th of June 2018 The Hyve will sponsor the Pistoia Alliance workshop on FAIR data. FAIR stands for Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable.
The goal of the workshop is to determine how to best implement FAIR within specifically Pharma and Life Sciences R&D. We will discuss best practices and tools for the FAIRification and the FAIR data management of datasets, and the Return on Investment (ROI) for going FAIR.
As a participant you should walk away with concrete actions in mind to implement in your business to make your own data more FAIR.
There is a pre-workshop survey running, to get insight in the current status of FAIR in Pharmaceutical and LifeSciences. We would like you to complete it, especially if you are not able to join the workshop itself. The outcome of the survey will be used in the workshop. (The survey is now closed).
The outcome of the workshop itself will be used to determine future Pistoia Alliance activities on FAIR. Furthermore, a white paper is planned which will cover the outcome of the workshop and the results of the survey
