The Hyve has always been a big fan of the yearly conference of the Netherlands Bioinformatics Conference (NBIC). You can for example read our write up from last years conference, NBIC 2014 by ao our colleagues Janneke and Rianne.
This year the upcoming conference promises to be even more special, since it will be combined with the yearly Systems Biology Symposium (SB@NL). The combined conference will continue under the name BioSB and will be held on May 20 - 21, 2015 in Congrescentrum De Werelt, Lunteren.
To show our support to the most important Bioinformatics conference of the year in the Netherlands our company has chosen to join BioSB 2015 as a Gold sponsor. .

With a large audience and good attendance of our presentation on Bioinf and SysBio in Practice: Industrial & Medical Applications (by Kees van Bochove) and big interest in the special Birds of a Feather session on ADAM+Apache Spark and other new open source tools for large scale genomics data processing (by Pieter Lukasse), we can look back at an interesting and productive conference.
