Mariia Karpenko

After working in recruitment with a side of HR and project management, Mariia joined The Hyve to support the team as a Human Resources Officer. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Learning and Development, and uses her education and work experience to support the culture and learning activities at The Hyve.

Her tasks include supporting recruitment, organizing training sessions and team days, and analyzing other development needs. Outside of work, Mariia enjoys hiking, skiing, reading books, and taking care of her plants.
