Nivethika Mahasivam

Nivethika pursed International Master in Service Engineering, a multidisciplinary joint-master program between University of Stuttgart, University of Crete and Tilburg University, focusing on trending topics such as SOA, Cloud computing and architecture, Business process management and Distributed computing. She worked on a well-received master thesis with the collaboration of SINTEF, Oslo to provide a scalable data preparation system to dynamically build pipeline during interactive data preparation process, for large volumes of data.
Before starting her master studies, she worked as a Software Engineer for 2 years for Cambio Healthcare Systems in Sri Lanka, who provides one of the leading eHealthcare system in Scandinavia. She holds a bachelor degree in Computer Engineering from University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka.
She is interested in contributing to open-source solutions in the research and innovation sector. She has experiences in various programming languages and open-source frameworks.
Today, she is interested in applying service engineering concepts for the betterment of the society, which encouraged her to join The Hyve.
